Brazilian tapir

Tommy the tapir, one of the original Manor House animals, was rehoused and given his own swimming pool - be he lacked the courage to try it out until his new mate Rio arrived and jumped straight in.

He's much more settled and happy these days - but Tapir housing is still an art!

And it's not just Tommy - everyone loves Rio, she's a real star.
